My week used to disappear into the same emails, the same captions and the same invoice reminders. Now a set of AI agents takes the first pass at almost all of it, and I keep the parts that need a person: deciding, approving, talking to customers. On Instagram I show exactly how it’s wired, so you can copy the pieces that fit your business.

On Instagram

  • AI agents for small business
  • Orchestration: agents handing work along
  • Customer service that answers itself
  • Content systems, not content grinding
  • The tools I actually pay for
  • Where I still do it by hand
  • Mistakes from wiring it up
  • Questions from the comments

What I run

You are the operator

Switchboard operators didn’t take every call themselves. They connected each one to the right line. That’s the job of a small-business owner with AI: agents on the lines, you at the board.

Automation isn’t new

Player pianos read a punched roll. Exchanges routed calls through plugboards. What changed is that the machines on the lines can now read, write and decide small things, which means a five-person business can run like a fifty-person one.
